UniqBrio – Mobile App Terms of Service

1. About UniqBrio

UniqBrio is an AI-powered SaaS platform operated by UniqBotz Infotech, designed for arts and sports academies to manage operations. By accessing this app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Target Audience

Target Audience: This app is intended for use by Academy Administrators, Staff, and Parents/Guardians (18+ years).

Minors: Users under 18 may only use the app through an account managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Authority: Academy owners are responsible for all data added on behalf of their staff, students, and parents.

3. Account & Access

Authentication: Login is securely managed via OTP-based authentication.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

SaaS Subscription: The UniqBrio software service is a paid subscription managed externally.

Billing: Payments for the UniqBrio software are handled via our official website or authorized enterprise invoices. This app does not process direct payments for the software subscription.

Academy Fees: Any payments recorded within the app related to Academy fees (e.g., student tuition) are records of physical/offline services and are not digital purchases processed by UniqBotz Infotech.

Refunds: Subscription terms are governed by the agreement accepted at the time of purchase on our web platform.

6. Data & Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you upload.

License: You grant UniqBrio permission to process this data strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

7. Availability

We strive for high uptime, but temporary maintenance windows may occur. We are not liable for unforeseen downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

UniqBrio is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Komarapalayam, Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu, India.
