1. Information We Collect
Account Data: Name, mobile number, and role (e.g., Admin, Parent).
Academy Data: Student records, attendance logs, and communication history uploaded by the Academy.
Technical Data: Device logs, app crash reports, and usage analytics to improve stability.
2. Why We Collect Data
- To facilitate academy management (attendance, fee tracking).
- To authenticate users via OTP.
- To send service alerts and notifications.
Note: We do not sell your personal data to third parties or advertisers.
3. Children’s Privacy
Not for Children: This app is designed for adults (Parents/Admins). We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.
Academy Responsibility: Any data regarding minors is strictly uploaded and managed by authorized Academy Administrators or Parents acting as legal guardians.
4. Data Sharing
Data is shared only with:
Your Academy: To sync records between staff and parents.
Service Providers: Trusted partners for hosting (cloud), OTP delivery (SMS gateways), and security. All providers are bound by confidentiality.
5. Data Security
We employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and strict access controls to protect your information.
6. Your Rights & Account Deletion
Manage Data: You may request access to or correction of your data by contacting your Academy Admin or support@uniqbrio.com.
Delete Account (App): You can request account deletion directly within the App Settings.
Delete Account (Web): If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion via our Privacy Portal at uniqbrio.com/delete-account by verifying your registered mobile number via OTP.
Outcome: Upon confirmation, your personal account data will be permanently removed, though some Academy records may be retained for legal/audit purposes.
7. Data Storage
Data is securely stored on servers located in India with compliant backup procedures.
8. Updates
We will notify you of material changes via in-app alerts or email.
